What Can Neograft Do For Me?

Thinning hair? Have you considered Neograft? This revolutionary hair transplantation method is an excellent option for many patients. If you’ve avoided hair transplantation because of the many downsides associated with older methods, come learn about Neograft. You may find that this procedure is your ideal solution to thinning hair.

What Is Neograft?

Neograft is an automated hair transplantation system that incorporates the benefits of follicular unit extraction (FUE) with the ease of an automated transplantation method. This carries many benefits for patients including:

  • Less invasive– FUE transplants heal faster and more comfortably than strip method hair transplants.
  • No stitches or staples
  • No extensive linear scarring– With the strip method of hair transplantation long scars prohibited recipients from wearing short hair styles. FUE reduces the appearance of scarring for more versatility.
  • Quicker recovery time– With Neograft many patients return to work the very next day. They also have fewer activity restrictions during the healing process.
  • Natural looking results– Wear your hair how you like it. With Neograft you can go long or short and have the flexibility to choose your favorite hair style.
  • Improved speed– When compared with manual FUE, Neograft improves both the speed and accuracy of the procedure.

FUE vs. Strip Method Hair Transplantation: What’s the Difference?  No Linear Scar!

One of the big benefits of Neograft is its ability to automate the FUE hair transplantation process. FUE (follicular unit extraction) is a type of hair transplantation that removes small groups of hairs and transplants them together. The strip method removes a large strip of skin and hair for transplantation. This can leave a very visible scar on the back of the head that may not be well covered with air. FUE uses a 1mm (or smaller) round blade to harvest each follicular unit.  This allows for more natural looking results and a shorter healing time when compared with the strip method.
