Meet the Team
The team assembled by Dr. Gordon Lewis reflects his dedication to providing the best care possible to the women and men who choose Lewis Plastic Surgery. In the Richmond, Virginia, metropolitan area, our plastic surgery practice has earned a reputation for treating patients just as we would want our own family members treated.
The staff includes highly trained and experienced medical professionals led by Dr. Lewis, a board-certified plastic surgeon who’s been in practice for more than 10 years.
Our Team Members
Erin Stevenson LPN – Patient Coordinator
Erin has been with Dr. Lewis since he opened his practice in 2010. Her experience includes serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy and becoming a licensed practice nurse (LPN). Additionally, Erin is a licensed massage therapist with a focus on Lymphatic massage. She’s worked in various medical offices, including family practice and general surgery before joining Dr. Lewis.
Erin provides patients with general nursing care, assisting with minor surgery and postoperative care to our breast reduction and breast cancer reconstruction patients. She is also a certified CoolSculpting® provider.
“I love our patients the most,” Erin says. “They are all here for something important to them, which makes it important to me. I care greatly and am truly interested in how our patients feel while in our care.”
Erin and her husband, a firefighter, love to travel and explore good food locally. Erin enjoys walking, and yoga, reading and considers the beach her happy place.
Lee Parker — Office Manager and Cosmetic Patient Coordinator
Lee joined Lewis Plastic Surgery in 2015. Lee is the office manager but also the primary contact for cosmetic patients interested in cosmetic procedures. Before patients consult with Dr. Lewis, Lee chats with them about the procedures and pricing and helps them feel comfortable. From explaining procedures, scheduling surgery dates, and reviewing preoperative/postoperative instructions, Lee is available for every step in the process.
“Being a part of our patient’s transformations and seeing how life-changing these results are is extremely rewarding,” Lee says.
When she’s not at the office, Lee enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children and pets. She loves working on her Jeeps and volunteering for animal rescues.
Daisy Segura – Front Desk coordinator and Spanish Translator
Daisy joined Lewis Plastic Surgery in early 2021 after getting married and relocating to Virginia to begin her newlywed life where her husband is from. Before moving to Richmond, she lived in Connecticut where she worked for a Plastic Surgery Practice. She was a medical assistant, patient coordinator and helped in the front office when needed.
Here at Lewis Plastic Surgery, Daisy is the first smiling face you will see as you come in the door! As our front desk coordinator she does a multitude of tasks including: scheduling, insurance authorizations, surgery scheduling, taking payments and because she speaks fluent Spanish, she helps translate whenever needed.
Daisy says that her favorite part about her job is seeing the patients after their surgery. “They are so happy. That is definitely my favorite part, when I get to see their eyes light up and you know their lives are changing from that day forward.”
When she isn’t working, Daisy enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and Canelo (her dog). Since her parents and younger brother are still in Connecticut, she likes to visit them often.
Emily Harrison – Patient Coordinator and Surgical Assistant
Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Emily is as enthusiastic about her job as she is about where she’s from! Outside of work, Emily enjoys attending local events as well as trying out the diverse variety of restaurants and art forms Richmond has to offer. Although, one of her favorite things to do is attend VCU Basketball games- Go Rams!
Prior to joining Lewis Plastic Surgery in early 2019, Emily worked at a veterinary clinic which sparked her passion and interest in the medical field. Since joining our practice she has found a new passion not only assisting in surgeries, but interacting with our patients! She is passionate about the quality and the care she gives to each patient.
“I love getting to know our patients and helping them feel comfortable during their appointments. They are my favorite part of coming to work! Building meaningful relationships with each one of our patients is extremely important to me.”
Nicole DeLoach – Surgical Assistant and Spanish Translator
Nicole grew up in a small town in Mexico, where she acquired the knowledge of knowing two languages, Spanish and English. Using her skill, she worked as a medical translator in the past before joining Lewis Plastic Surgery. She is currently majoring and completing a MA program at John Tyler Community College; she then plans to transfer to VCU, and successfully graduate by 2023.
She is responsible to help the nurses and Dr. Lewis himself with any of the procedures that happen in office. She has the pleasure of making the patients comfortable and ensuring they are well informed during their visit.
Nicole enjoy helping others in need, she is a big reader, and likes to keep herself busy. She has a deep love for cars, which she often attends to some of the local car meets and shows.
