Patient: 27 year-old female, referred to Lewis Plastic Surgery, for evaluation for a breast reduction. Dr. Lewis performed a superior medial pedicle breast reduction on each breast with a reduction of approximately 350 g. This improved this patient's symptoms of upper back, neck, and shoulder pain. She was happy with the results.
