This peel is designed to accommodate all skin types, based on a medical skincare assessment and patient needs. This triple threat treatment starts with cleansing the skin and using a toner. The next step would be to degrease the skin by using a medical grade de-greaser on the area of your skin you want to apply the peel. This step will not only remove the surface oil to enhance the peel penetration but also kill bacteria. This step is optional if you have sensitive skin.
The next step is mechanical exfoliation with a process called Dermaplaning. Dermaplaning is using a scalpel and a delicate touch, the esthetician simply abrades the surface of the skin using light feathering strokes. This is a great treatment to offer to patients who are pregnant or nursing that want a deep exfoliation, but are not allowed to use peeling agents. It is also a first choice for patients who have excess vellus hair on the skin.
The next step will be to apply the peel, the length of time the peel remains on the skin will vary according with how strong the peel is and the sensitivity of the patients skin. The skin is then neutralized with water or a neutralizer that comes along with the specific peel.
Fallow the peel will come Cryotherapy which is the local use of low temperatures in medical therapy. The goal is to decrease cellular metabolism, decrease inflammation, and promote vasoconstriction.
The last step in this process will be the application of moisturizer and sunscreen SPF 30.
Please inform us of any condition that may have bearing on this peel such as: pregnancy, recent facial surgery, allergies, cold sores or use of topical or oral medications: Tretinoin, Retin-A, Accutane, Differin, Tazorac.

This is the perfect procedure to reduce the appearance of fine lines, dullness, skin laxity or imperfections.
After most peels, the skin will be pink to red, and look shiny and tight. It is vital to apply sunscreen of SFP 30 or greater to the skin and do not use any products that will irritate or exfoliate your skin like glycolic acid, retinol or clarisonic brush in the next 48 hours.
You must also stay out of the sun, as your skin will be very sensitive to UV rays and could be damaged by sun exposure. The skin will begin to flake or peel within 2–3 days after the treatment, this is your skin purging toxins and is a normal effect. To maximize results you will need to use a medical grade skin care regimen.
