29 year old mother who has lost weight through diet and exercise went from 400 to 175 pounds. She was left with extra skin on her arms, breasts, abdomen, back and thighs. Her primary concern is the extra skin on her abdomen so Dr. Lewis suggested she start with a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty because a traditional tummy tuck alone would not have addressed all the loose skin.
