23 year old male unhappy with the size of his breasts since hitting puberty preventing him to be comfortable with his shirt off in front of people. This patient did have some extra skin as well but did not want a large incision. Usually in the case of most gynecomastia patients with this much extra skin, a male breast reduction would be performed as well as liposuction. Dr. Lewis and the patient decided to perform liposuction to the area to decrease the overall look without doing the reduction. The patient's skin retracted enough that he is very happy with the results and was glad he was not left with a larger scar.
